 We handle the complete operation of the construction of your home including all licenses, taxes, etc., using a small but loyal work force who have given us first-rate service throughout our entire building experience here. We can design or follow your design, whichever method is chosen. One of our best assets is probably our ability to be flexible to cater for the differing ambitions of our patrons.
Were you to consider using us for your building we should first refer you to existing customers whom you could approach independently to see what they think of us and for you to gain their permission to see the properties that we have built for them. Again we would emphasise that all of our work is underscored by personal recommendation and we are only too happy for you to seek opinions from others who have used us in the past.  Our usual way of building is customised for each client. Our practice is to build with stage payments to be agreed by both parties and each chapter of the build is documented, photographed and accurately costed. You will probably be in the U.K. during much of the time and therefore you will be anxious to receive constant updates by E-mail, including photographs. We have found this a very satisfactory way to conduct business and our patrons tend to agree with us. We should conclude by saying that we are lovers of this special place, and this, we modestly hope, is apparent in the way we build to merge man and nature without discordant impact upon our environment. |
We undertake to build new houses on acquired land or to renovate and refurbish old houses subject to full quotation and appraisal. We also design to high standards; on this page you can see one example of a scaled model of one of our own designs together with elevations. We also have land for sale, photographed here, which has the option of building a dwelling house based upon this design. | < Prev |
