Save Corfu; be aware of where you build - Homemakers thinking ahead

We have been building and renovating property in Corfu since 1990 and as a natural progression from those early days we have established a licensed Real Estate Agency and a building firm.

We gained our experience in the whole  range  of "Corfu building" by developing our own villas, gardens, patios and pools for summer renting, but so involved did we become that it seemed the logical next step to offer our experienced advice to others interested either in living here permanently or wishing to purchase or to build a holiday home on the island. So we have evolved to become registered Estate Agents and discerning builders.

Villa Theodora and PoolOur original clients were friends who asked us to act for them in seeking and buying property on their behalf and also dealing with the sometimes tortuous local bureacracy. Then we began to gain something of a reputation for reliability in such matters which has led to our present small but steadily growing and prospering business.

Our architect will, if required, produce plans and drawings according to clients' projections and local regulations.   Our teams of buiders will undertake anything from renovation of a village cottage to construction of a luxury villa with all amenities including a pool.     We provide a comprehensive quotation for every contract:  you will not later be embarrassed by the emergence of 'unforeseen extras' - unless you ordered them!!

You may be visiting this page because you wish to settle here permanently, to retire here at some time, or you may want to have a second home in order to spend summers on our beautiful island. Whatever your reasons we hope that we can assist you to achieve your ambition.

Beware of where you buy land in Corfu.  Today's 'perfect spot' may be tomorrow's perfect hot Estate, your views gone, hemmed in by similar unimaginitive boxes, difficulty in reselling at a price  you are happy with, outstripped in price by the new series of ''villas' being built.  Your charming country lane  may be choked with too much traffic trying to gain access to your tree-levelled  community. There is too much development in certain areas here without any  thought for  the flora, any thought for the  impact on the countryside. New laws are threatened to curb the carnage which so easily may ensue, but money is talking louder than any considered thinking of where Corfu is headed. At present!
